Plumstead SE London:Construction is nearing completion at Kitewood’s £4m affordable housing development at Plumstead High Street in the London Borough of Greenwich.
Airads Images was asked to photograph the developement which includes 27 one, two and three bedroom flats and houses, the scheme will be operated by London & Quadrant and Tower Homes following its completion in early 2006.
Kitewood director, Joe Crawley says: “This is a typical example of the company’s involvement in the affordable housing sector in London, the current development programme of which is in excess of 300 units.”
Kitewood have developed over the last 10 years, a turnkey operation to provide purpose designed affordable schemes in London and the home counties.
The program is currently in excess of 350 units and encompasses family houses, single person flats, key worker and special needs accommodation. A typical scheme is 50 units.
